Role Summary:

Frequence is currently seeking a Client Success Associate to support the growth and success of our clients. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, be able to multi-task, have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in teams and, most importantly, be excited about helping to grow a great company!

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Client Success team to enable successful implementations, support ongoing platform usage, and drive account retention and growth.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Frequence platform and advertising space to manage partner support requests and enable platform adoption and usage
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partner stakeholders
  • Conduct detailed analyses on campaign and partner performance
  • Provide product feedback based on client use cases to guide ongoing platform innovation
  • Help shape Client Success team growth by developing and documenting processes

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in client-facing role - digital agency or traditional media company preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree - quantitative studies preferred
  • Strong attention to detail / extremely well organized
  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work across teams (Client Success, Operations, Sales and Product)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
