Our company needs someone to help manage the daily operations and flow of our Creative team. We’re looking for an experienced Manager who doesn’t mind putting in long hours and working with employees to constantly improve our product. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a growing team of creative designers, both on and offsite
  • Work with the Creative Director and Creative Leads to schedule daily client work
  • Intake and assignment of creative briefs
  • Manage QA of ads - check for inconsistencies with creative requests, general spelling, design and grammatical errors
  • Manage basic communication between internal departments and external clients
  • Provide motivation, support and guidance to employees
  • Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management
  • Assist in establishing workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency
  • Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing level
  • Ensure positive team morale

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 to 5 years experience managing teams (creative, customer support, or operations)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor employees on a one-on-one basis as well as in a group
  • Highly organized, self motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to think on the fly and adapt to changes
  • Can speak design (or be willing to learn!)
  • High energy

“NICE TO HAVES”

  • Adobe Photoshop/Animate experience
  • Familiarity with project management tools
