The Opportunity:  

Frequence is looking for a highly-motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing People Team. The ideal candidate will partner with our hiring managers and People Team to build out creative strategies to find, attract and hire top talent. You will provide an amazing candidate experience while supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

What You Will Do: 

  • Create an exceptional experience for all candidates and hiring teams throughout the entire interview process.
  • Own every aspect of the interview scheduling process and communicate all logistics to candidates and interview teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers on developing a strong candidate experience.
  • Deliver exceptional recruitment services ensuring hiring manager expectations are exceeded throughout the recruitment life cycle and working with them to ensure a deep understanding of role requirements.
  • Use various recruiting platforms for proactive outreach and sourcing candidates.
  • Ensure we are delivering on our commitment to DEI through hiring practices.
  • Update and manage the candidate pipeline utilizing the applicant tracking system.
  • Tailor and posting job listings for open positions.
  • Maintain company-standard job descriptions for all positions.
  • Communicate pipeline activity and dashboard reporting updates with hiring managers and leadership regularly.

Who You Are: 

  • 1-4 years of experience supporting full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience working in a start-up and/or fast-paced environment.
  • Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools.
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Ability to adapt in an evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.

Nice to have

  • Technical recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ATS systems.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
