Frequence is based in Mountain View, CA and has 160 employees.

Role Summary:

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for providing market support to existing clients in the traditional media space (print, outdoor, cable, broadcast, and radio).  This position requires extensive travel to client locations (~30% of time).

The Senior Account Manager maintains and expands relationships with partners and is responsible for achieving a digital sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives.

The primary function of the Senior Account Manager will be to strengthen client relationships through digital sales support, campaign management, training, and overall client satisfaction.

The Senior Account Manager will receive unwavering support from the executive sales sponsor, client success team, and Frequence product/operations/creative teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with customers throughout the United States.
  • Daily contact with client sales executives and operations teams.
  • Own and drive revenue for customers.
  • Regular travel to client locations for launch // ongoing training sessions as well as market ride-alongs.
  • Establish productive relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
  • Assess and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Lead planning processes that develop performance objectives, targets, and milestones.

Performance Measure

  • Achieve assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.

Organizational Alignment:

  • Reports to the Director of Sales.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a client-facing role at a traditional media company or digital agency/trading desk.
  • Has history of over performance against sales goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to gauge region performance and trends from data.
  • Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
